RETURN WINDOW

All return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order. No returns will be accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery. No exceptions.

RETURN CONDITIONS

We accept returns under the following conditions only:

The item received is damaged, defective or incorrect

The product is unused and in its original packaging

The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Products that have been opened or used

Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code

RETURN SHIPPING FEE

If your order value is ₹999 or below — a return shipping fee of ₹99 will be charged to the customer

If your item was received in damaged or defective condition — return shipping is completely free of charge

Return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount

HOW TO RAISE A RETURN REQUEST

You can return within 7 days of receiving your order , Share us

your order number, reason for return and clear photographs of the product

Our team will respond within 48 hours with next steps

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected — your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method only

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Please note that Golden Months sells postpartum care and personal hygiene products. For health and safety reasons — any product that has been opened, used or removed from its original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
